How C.A.S.S. Works?

Everyone has a different story, a different experience. Providing the best support for you involves C.A.S.S. understanding how it is for you, developing an awareness of and paying attention to your details. Getting the best from this service depends on the details you provide when you first contact C.A.S.S but the emotions you experience, as you retell your story, can get in the way of putting across relevant information. To support your enquiry and register your story it is helpful for you to complete and forward by email a ‘C.A.S.S enquiries and registration form.’ Once C.A.S.S gets your form we

can arrange a much more effective ‘initial meeting,’ to find a way forward and identify service provision that takes your particular circumstances into account. In short the registration process helps C.A.S.S. help you and focus on what is important to you.

Corporate clients and registered individuals can potentially contact C.A.S.S by phone between 8 and 10am and between 4 and 6pm Monday to Friday, demand and prior commitments permitting. If you are unable to connect between these times please email an outline of the nature of your call.

Please see the contact page for email address and phone number.
