For services arranged by individuals, payment is preferred by bank transfer prior to each session.
For corporate clients electronic invoices can be raised and invoicing can be implemented in line with your accounts department’s requirements.
C.A.S.S. charges in full for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or where a client has simply failed to attend.
By submitting an enquiries and registration form to C.A.S.S. you are also confirming that you are aware of and have read and understood HOW C.A.S.S. WORKS, TERMS, the ETHICAL FRAMEWORK and other POLICIES detailed on the website: cass.org.uk. We can only start working together once an enquiries and registration form and a Working with C.A.S.S. Consent Form are signed, completed and received by C.A.S.S. .
